We want you to be happy with your Procraft sauna heater. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
You may return an unused, uninstalled heater in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Once installed or used, a heater cannot be returned unless it is defective. Sauna rocks and any consumable accessories included with a heater are not returnable once the seal is broken.
If your heater arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
