Every heater is backed by a 5-year limited warranty. Heating elements are the one exception: like brake pads or an oven element, they're a wear item and aren't part of the warranty. See our warranty page.
Elements wear out with use, on any electric sauna heater, regardless of brand. Heavy daily use might mean new elements every couple of years; occasional weekend use, much longer. Elements are user-replaceable and available on our Parts listing.
