Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping on orders over $75, anywhere in Canada. Our heaters ship across Canada.

How shipping is worked out

Every heater, and any order of $75 or more, ships free anywhere in Canada. Orders under $75 ship for $15, and you see it at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises added on afterwards.

What arrives

Your Procraft heater comes with its 50 lbs of sauna rocks. Check the shipment over when it arrives and let us know right away if anything looks damaged in transit, since that is much easier to sort out early.

Before your heater arrives

Two things are worth having ready so you are not waiting around.

• Your electrician booked. The heater needs its own dedicated circuit. See electrical requirements.
• The sauna room ready, including the wall where the heater will mount and the clearances the manual calls for.

How long it takes

In-stock orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days, and you get a tracking email when your order leaves.

Pre-order items ship when the next batch arrives, and the product page shows how long that is.
