Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you see the real cost for your address before you pay. Our heaters ship across Canada.

How shipping is worked out

Add the heater to your cart and enter your address at checkout. The shipping cost is calculated from there, so there are no surprises added on afterwards.

What arrives

Your Procraft heater comes with its 50 lbs of sauna rocks. Check the shipment over when it arrives and let us know right away if anything looks damaged in transit, since that is much easier to sort out early.

Before your heater arrives

Two things are worth having ready so you are not waiting around.

• Your electrician booked. The heater needs its own dedicated circuit. See electrical requirements.
• The sauna room ready, including the wall where the heater will mount and the clearances the manual calls for.

Lead times move with stock and with where you are, so we would rather give you a real date than a guess. Send us your postal code through the contact page and we will confirm the timing for your address before you order.
