Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We currently ship within Canada. If you are located outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
If your heater arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
