What is in the kit
The bucket and ladle are what you use to pour water over the hot rocks. The gauge shows temperature and humidity on one face. The sand timer sits in a bamboo frame on a wall pivot; turn it over when you sit down and it runs 15 minutes. The hanging bowl hangs on its chains from a short arm on a wooden wall bracket.
Why a bucket and ladle

Reading the gauge
The thermometer shows the room temperature where it is mounted, so mount it at the height you sit. The hygrometer shows humidity, which climbs each time you pour water on the rocks and falls again as the room dries.
